He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sevier and Martha Emma Fugate (Messerly); his daughter Kathy Fugate; and his brothers, Robert Fugate and William Fugate.
He is survived by: his wife Esther; his children, Thomas, Jr. Fugate (Yvonne) of Waitsfield, VT, Karen Gartside (John) of Dillsburg, PA and James Fugate (Dawn) of Rochester, NY.; his grandchildren, Laura Mungo (Gosnell), Jennifer Gosnell, Eric Gosnell, Joshua Fugate and Johanna Fugate; and his great grandchildren, Breanna Pasqualini and Thomas Mungo.
Memorial donations may be made to Graceham Moravian Church.
