Tara Renee Guilday Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tara Renee Guilday of Thurmont, Maryland, who passed away on January 27, 2025, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Tara Renee may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Tara Renee touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her father Richard Thomas Oden. She is survived by: her mother Paula Diane Oden (White); her husband Patrick L. Guilday; her children, Patrick Guilday, II (Yennifer Santana), Paula Guilday (Michael Bujold) and Mary Guilday (David Matthews, Jr.); her grandsons, Josue, Nicolas and Noah; her brother Ricky Oden (Tina); her aunt Sherald Brashear; and her pet Lulu. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Homes (106 E Church St, Frederick, MD 21701). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church (103 N Church St, Thurmont, MD 21788).
