With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sylvester Hann of Thurmont, Maryland, born in Woodsboro, Maryland, who passed away on March 25, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Samuel Hann and Catherine Elizabeth Hann (Krise). He is survived by: his wife Georgia Frances Hann (Biddinger); his children, Sharon Hann, Susie Hann and Paul Hann (Stacy); his stepson James Musselwhite (Shonda); his grandchildren, John Page (Shani), Beth Wold (Jamie Weddle), Daryl Hann (Christina), Paul Jr., Ashley and Jordan Hann; his stepgrandchild Marah; his great grandchildren, John Jr., Tyler, Antonio, Kaleb and Kaylee Page; his siblings, Audrey Hann (Tillie) and Wolfe (Jake); and his close friends, Rodman Myers, Dave, Becky Weigle and James Sparkman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
