He was predeceased by: his parent Russell Cornelius Fisher; and his spouse Reva Belle Fraley. He is survived by: his parent Sylvia Jenny Crawford Fisher; his daughter Ann Fisher Miller (Earl) of Creagerstown; his daughter-in-law Paula D. Fisher of Smithsburg; his grandchildren, David Miller of Frederick, Sarah A. Smith (Jason) of Waynesboro, PA, Nathan P. Fisher (Shanna) of Martinsburg, WV and Michael Lee Fisher (Alison) of Maugansville; his great grandchildren, Alexis Belle Smith, Madelyn Lee Smith and Katherine Leigh Fisher; his sibling Doris C. Mercer of Annapolis; his son Russell "Rusty" Lee Fisher, Jr.; and his siblings, Mae Moser, George Fisher, Lloyd Fisher, Ruth Valentine, Donald Fisher, Irene Miller and Ralph Fisher. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
