He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Ray and Mamie Anna Tyree Mullins; and his brother Randle Mullins. He is survived by: his pet Cooper; his wife Donna Lou Ruby Mullins; his daughters, Kimberly Lynn (Stewart Bathurst) of Severn, MD and Jennifer Lee Mullins of Littlestown, PA.; his sisters, Mildred Smith of Craigsville, WV, Ruth McKamey of Baltimore, MD, Lorretta Baker of Baltimore, MD and Audra "Peggy" Otradovec of Baltimore, MD.; and his brother-in-law Gary Ruby of Hampstead, MD.
