He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Albert" and Ida Bryant Haynes; his daughter Stephanie Dawn Haynes; and his siblings, Clifton Gearhart, William Gerhart, Donald Haynes and Minerva "Minnie" Deweese.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Haynes; his children, Judith Miller (James) of Smithsburg and Louis Haynes (Sherri) of Thurmont; his grandchildren, Konnar Pruett (Matthew), McKenzie Haynes, Samantha Late, Jessica Late of Thurmont, Nikita Miller and Wyatt Haynes; his mother-in-law Willa Mae; his siblings-in-law, Jessie "Steve" Haynes of Princeton, WV, Dora "Jean" Hype (Jessie) and Edna Pennington of Princeton, WV; and his friends, Roni Mahler, Dave, Gwen Wiegel of Summerville, SC, Tommy and Dora Goings of Princeton, WV.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
