He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Etzler and Irene Warner Etzler; his stepmother Eva Yeager Etzler; and his wife Sharlene M. Etzler. He is survived by: his children, Tambra Powell (Michael) of Union Bridge, Anita Lewis (Jonathan) of Union Bridge, Rhonda Stitely (Terry) of Chambersburg, PA, David Snowden of Charlottesville, VA, Ronald Etzler (Denise) of Thurmont, Michael Carter of Texas and Randy Etzler (Debbie) of Wisconsin; and his sister Octavia Page of Frederick. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Wearing masks is required.
