She was predeceased by: her parents, David W. Switzer and Esta May Kemper Switzer. She is survived by: her sons, John P. Lambertson (Katherine Aaslestad) of Morgantown, WV and Christopher D. Lambertson of Atlantic Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Morgan Lambertson of Houston, TX, Raef, Alaine Lambertson of Morgantown, WV, Milo and Katherine Lambertson of Atlantic Beach, FL; and her brother Richard (Dale Switzer). She is also survived by two nieces and four nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Pat requested donations be made to Weller United Methodist Church, 101 N. Altamont Ave, Thurmont, MD 21788.
