She was predeceased by: her parents, Conley Koogle and Margaret Koogle; her siblings, James Koogle and Barbara Kay Lambright; and her significant other Clarence "Bud" Handley Jr..

She is survived by: her sisters, Nancy Stillions and Linda Windsor; and her nieces, Ann Rice, Doris Koogle, Jeanie Fox (Harry Lambright III), Rebecca Glandorf (Eric Windsor), Denise Rudegeair (Brian Windsor) and Kathy Stillions.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Frederick Health Hospice or Frederick County Humane Society.
