She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald C. Toms and Rosella E. Toms (Stackhouse); her husband Herbert "Herb" Hoover Biser; her sister Mary Catherine Toms; her daughters, Sharon Kathryn King, Sonya Sue Biser and Lisa Gwen Biser; and her granddaughter Constance Biser.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Biser (Jana), Millicent "Cindy" Biser (Craig), Nancy Weishaar and Shelly Dial; her grandchildren, Natalie Sockman, Jennifer Hill, Lee Cutchall, Amy King, Ian Lewis, Vincent Weishaar, Dylan King, Sarah, Samantha Biser and Daniel Willumsen; her great grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob Sockman, Genevieve Hill, Carly, Lucas Lewis and Kaiden Spencer; and her close friends, Mary Lou and John Wetzel.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Jl Davis Funeral Home (12525 Bradbury Ave, Smithsburg, MD 21783). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the J. L. Davis Funeral Home (12525 Bradbury Ave, Smithsburg, MD 21783).
