It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ellen Miller of Thurmont, Maryland, who passed away on November 28, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James Carl "Pete" Miller, Sr.; her son James Carl Miller, Jr.; her parents, Newton Eyler and Alice Gladys Eyler; her siblings, Shirley Jewell, Jack, Harry and William Eyler; and her stepdaughter Janice Reckley.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Diana Lee Miller; her stepdaughters, Helen Fraley (Bobby Fraley) and Lilly Goodsell (late Raymond Goodsell); her grandchildren, Jamie Lee Kelly (Sean Kelly), Shawn Davis (Anne Davis), Dawn Shortell (Brian Shortell), Carmen Rice (Donnie Rice) and Amy Davis (Eric Eichelberger); her sisters, Margaret Sweeney and Alice Kolb; and her sister-in-law Nancy Eyler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
