He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Walter Allen and Dorothy Rita McClusky; his wife Theresa Mary Allen; his children, Michelle Marie Smith (Anthony) and Brian Michael Allen (Carol); his grandchildren, Shelby Renee, Kennedy Nicole Smith, Kate Lauren and James Monahan Allen; his brother Thomas James Allen (Francine); his niece Suzanne Laura Allen; and his siblings-in-law, Cynthia Palmer (Richard), Robert (Renee), Thomas (Judy) and William Niehaus (Nancy). He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
