He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Harrison and Ollie Lillian Rowe (Shifflett); and his sister Joan Stone. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Rowe (Rattie); his daughters, Stacy Williams (Kirk) of Martinsburg, WV and Tonya (Houser) of Hagerstown, MD.; his grandchildren, Sadie (Charles), Jake Rowe, Kristia, Garritt, Penelope Williams, Peyton and Kassidy Meadows; his great grandchildren, Blaise and Magnus Sharp; his siblings, Henry Rowe (Betty), John Rowe (Wilma) of Adamstown, Robert Rowe (Glenda) of Frederick, Katherine Derita (late Nick Derita) of Westminister, Mae Hausler (Wayne), Shirley Cole (late William) of Thurmont, Nancy Flohr (Clifford) and Betty Rowe of Thurmont; his friend Alan Spahr; and his close friends, Laure Spahr, Karen, Ken Simundson, John, Mel Burkett, Dave and Mary Davis.
