He was predeceased by: his parents, A. Eugene Wisner and Sherea Young Wisner; and his sister Valerie Shea. He is survived by: his daughters, Morgan Tracey (Matthew Gartrell) and Monika Wisner; his brothers, Brian Wisner (Christine) and Timothy Wisner (Jodie); his nieces and nephews, Melissa Fraley, Elizabeth Wilhelm, Ashley Wisner, Caroline Wisner, William Shea and Michael Wisner (Jennifer); and his friends, Vickie Warner, Robert DeWitt and Charlie Powers.
