He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Knott; his pet Sylvie; his children, Rebecca "Becky" Rogers (Kurt) of Thurmont and Jason Knott (Katie Rush) of Frederick; his grandchildren, Chayton Rogers, Joanna Knott and Ethan Knott; his siblings, Elmer Knott (Elaine) of Pennsylvania, Margaret Timmerman of Pennsylvania, Rose Keepers of Pennsylvania and Ruth Knott of Thurmont; and his sisters-in-law, Doris Knott of Thurmont and Kathy Lindley (Michael) of Alabama. He is also survived by brothers-in-law.
