He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Cindy Olsen Hart; his parents, Charles Hart, Sr. and Evelyn Hickman Hart; his daughters, Carrie Shives (Jason) and Erica Lockney (John); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Michael, Johanna, Charles, Abagayle, George and Emory; his siblings, Nancy Hart Carwell (Keith) and Charles Hart (Margo); his sister-in-law Judy Hart; and his brother Cordell Hart. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
