It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Virginia Baranoski of Thurmont, Maryland, born in Germantown, Maryland, who passed away on January 31, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Vernon Snyder and Essie May Painter Snyder; her husbands, Melvin Kinney and Charlie Baranoski; and her siblings, Verlie Painter and Vernon Snyder.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Kinney (Costa Mesa) and Frank Baranoski of Helmetta, NJ; and her sister Betty Shorb of Thurmont, MD. She is also survived by two grandchildren, one great grandchild, one great-great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
