She was predeceased by: her parents, Kermit L. Lowe and Catherine A. Lowe. She is survived by: her husband Wayne A. Hooper of Thurmont; her sister Brenda Humerick; her nieces and nephews, Trevor, Cori, Cheyenne, Ethan and Shannon; and her cousin Donna Long.
