He is survived by: his wife Devasena Suryavalli Ram; his children, Narasimha Prasad Jandhyala (Naga Lakshmi Jandhyala) and Kalpana Pidathala (Sreedjar Pidathala); his grandchildren, Sairam Jandhyala (Amy Jandhyala), Pranav Pidathala and Karthik Pidathala; his great grandchild Anjali Jandhyala; and his sisters, Meenakshi (Somayajulu Yedavally) and Ramadevi (Ramarao Cherukuri).
