He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lee Wisotzkey and Mary Mae Wisotzkey (Sharrer); his wife Lila Lee Wisotzkey (Caton); and his sister Virginia Brown. He is survived by: his children, Aloha Loughrey, Karen Ward (Butch) and Roy James Wisotzkey; his grandchildren, James Late, Jason Late, Roy Wisotzkey, Shane Wisotzkey, Ryan Loughrey and Shannon Loughrey; and his great-niece Shawn Brown. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
