He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Eyler Blake; his daughter Katrina Reedy; and his siblings, Dana Blake, Mark Blake, Paul Blake, Edna Davison and Mary Jean Berg.
He is survived by: his children, Morris Blake of Thurmont, Harold Blake (Tammy) of Thurmont, Sandra K. Sigel and Samuel Sleighter. He is also survived by five grandchildren, five great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
