He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Arthur Newlin Sr. and Helen Rogers Newlin Snapp; his sister Nancy Riley (Bill); and his daughter-in-law Linda Gunther. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Kinser (Robert) of Mechanicsville, VA and Rodney Newlin (Lora) of Palmyra, VA; his stepchildren, Kathryn Hoffman (Michael) of Emmitsburg, Jeffrey Gunther of Thurmont and Kevin Gunther (Maria) of Hagerstown; his sister Marianne Winters (Richard) of Stephens City, VA; and his former wife Joyce Newlin of Winchester. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
