She was predeceased by: her parents, Emory Granville Wagerman and Anna Mae Wagerman (Brown); and her siblings, John Wagerman, Bob "Stuckey" Wagerman and Shirley Timmons.
She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Black; her children, Jackie Black Wagerman (Lamar) of Fairfield, PA and Christopher Black (Kiona) of Emmitsburg; her grandchildren, Katlyn (Brandon), Wyatt, Nathan (Jenna), Kylie (Bryce) and Eaves; her great grandchild Graysen; her sisters, Sandra Valentine and Peggy Wagerman; and her sister-in-law Pat Black. She is also survived by family members and special, life-long friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Weller United Methodist Church (101 N Altamont Ave, Thurmont, MD 21788).
