He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Andochick and Michael Andochick; and his brother Mike. He is survived by: his siblings, Scott, Lori and Todd; his wife Patricia Kraina; his children, Dr. Scott Andochick, Dr. Lori Andochick (Paul Mays), Dr. Todd Andochick (Philip Dufour) and Beth Andochick-Myers (Joseph Myers); and his grandchildren, Alexander, Olivia Lee, Jordan and Madison Myers.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the American Parkinson Disease Association (apdaparkinson.org), which helps people with Parkinson's disease live life to the fullest.
