He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar A. Zander, Sr. and Agnes Robinson Zander; his wife Theresa W. Zander; and his son Edgar "Chip" Zander, III. He is survived by: his son George Zander (Elizabeth) of Dickerson, MD.; and also Barbara of Pegram, TN..
