She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Lee and Clara M. Clark; her spouse Dale F. Carter; and her siblings, Jesse "Dick" Clark and Wanda Jackola.
She is survived by: her son Kenneth D. Carter (Patricia); her granddaughter Carolyn Carter; and her siblings, Thomas Clark and Kay F. Emery. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
