She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Franklin and Evelyn Elizabeth Hewitt (Weddle); and her husband Ronald Neff. She is survived by: her siblings, Margaret Reed of Thurmont, Helen Gelwicks of Thurmont and Larry Hewitt (Michelle) of Chambersburg, PA.; her niece Julie Portner (Danny) of Thurmont; her stepsons, Tyler Neff of Middletown and Randy Neff (Laurel) of Virginia; and her stepgranddaughter Tasha Thomas (Norman). She is also survived by three great-great-nephews and two great-great-nieces.
