It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald L. Gochenour of Thurmont, Maryland, who passed away on December 19, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude A. Myers and Ruth Gochenour Myers (Smith); his wife Jean Y. Gochenour (Wetzel); his son David Gochenour; and his siblings, Archie L., Claude A., Albert C., Harold C. Charles W., Merle C., Gene E., Marianne Myers and Doris "Dottie" Cowley.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Green (Roy), Donald Gochenour, Jr. (Darcy) and Marianne Sumner (Butch); and his grandson Timothy Gochenour (Jana). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
