She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Francis Joy and Dorothy Joy (Orndorff); her former husband Gary Manning; her husband Bill Runkles; her children, David Manning (Karen) of Fairfield, Christopher Manning (Jamie) of Snow Hill, Leanne Toms (Mark) of Thurmont and Elise Manning of Thurmont; her grandchildren, Jared Manning, Braden Manning, Emily Manning, Rylan Manning, Colin Toms, Carson Manning, Madelyn Toms and Peyton Manning; her siblings, Tamara Joy of Bel Air, Lori Joy of Emmitsburg, Patrick Joy (Tara) of Frederick, Barry Joy (Jean) of Emmitsburg and Perry Joy (Sue) of Westminster; her sister-in-law Connie Runkles; and her niece Lucia of Thurmont. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews and amazing friends.
