He was predeceased by: his father Bill Bollinger of Thurmont; and his grandparents, Elmer, Victorine Bollinger, Donald and Carrie Rice.
He is survived by: his mother Donna R. Bollinger; his son Jeremiah of Monrovia; his siblings, Carrie and Joshua Bollinger; and his nieces, Vanessa, Valarie Ellia and Nicole Bollinger. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
