She was predeceased by: her parents, Anne V. Stine (Snyder) and Alvie F. (Emma Louise Stine); her husband Donald L. Andrew, Sr.; her daughter Tina Mercer; and her brother Alvie F. Stine, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Frank J. Mercer Jr. (Jennifer) of Keymar, Dawn R. Finneyfrock (Keith) of Thurmont, Timothy L. Mercer (Amber) of Waynesboro, PA, Kimberly A. Andrew (Ryan) of Thurmont and David L. Andrew (Debbie) of Thurmont. She is also survived by five sisters and one brother.
Memorial donations may be made, in Crystal's name to a local daycare center or to the American Cancer Society.
