He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Willard and Dorothy Lewis Willard; his brother Ronald Willard; and his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Willard, David Willard, Howard Willard and Steven Willard.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Willard; his siblings, Beverly Scott (Joseph) and Tommy Willard; his siblings-in-law, Gideon Willard (Alta), Ella Raby and Barbara Willard; his nieces and nephews, David, Kimbra Grimm and Rickey Willard; his uncle Lee; and his aunt Betty.
