With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Bill Plumley of Thurmont, Maryland, born in Greenville, South Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Reid Plumley and Mildred Black Plumley; his brother Priesda Plumley; his in-laws, Curtis and Janice Waneta Powell; and his sisters-in-law, Diana Stultz and Pamela Willard.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Powell Plumley; his stepson James Andrew (Madaline Keilholtz); his grandchildren, Taylor Andrew and Logan Andrew; his brother Jack Plumley; his siblings-in-law, Patsy Plumley and Ronald Stultz; his close friend J. W. Henson; and also, Kay Sims (Mike), Patricia Sweeney (John), Susan Crouse (Ed), David Powell and Curtis Powell Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
