Though Betty Jean may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Betty Jean touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley W. Hudson and Cecil M. Hudson of Baltimore, MD.; her son Scott A. Kemp; and her sister Brenda Gillespie. She is survived by: her husband C. Wayne Swomley of Frederick, MD.; her children, Steven Beauchamp of Vista, CA, Dana (Tom) of Westminster, MD and Shannon (Mariano) of Westminster, MD.; and her granddaughters, Ivana, Camila and Norah of Westminster, MD..
