He is survived by: his daughter Lisa A.; his son-in-law William Leo Toms Sr. of Cascade; his grandchildren, William Leo Toms Jr. of Cascade, Rachel Briggs (Dallas) of Woodbine, Melissa McCreary (Matthew) of Hagerstown and April Monn (Joshua) of Waynesboro, PA; his great grandchildren, Destiny Briggs, McKinley McCreary, Kylin and Joshua David Monn; his siblings, Oscar Smith and Linda Sweeney; his brother-in-law Raymond Russell Shuff Jr. (Cynthia); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sara, Hunter, Dawn Glass (Jeff), Charlie Smith (Rachel) and Kevin Sweeney; and also, Michele Hynen (Dave), Laurie Smith and Greg Smith (Julie).
