With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Coulter (Thurmont, Maryland), born in Frederick, Maryland, who passed away on August 4, 2019 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur L. Ford Sr. and Ada Betson Ford; her brothers, Wilbur L. Ford Jr. and James L. Ford (Joe); and her brothers-in-law, Richard Etzler and Gerald McCauley.

She is survived by: her spouse Lee V. Coulter; her children, Terri (David Bowers) and Gary (Deborah Coulter); her grandchildren, Jason Phebus, Wesley (Casey Phebus), Blaine Phebus (Shaelyn Burger), Clayton Phebus, Megan (Brianna Coulter), Mitchell (Autumn Coulter) and Marshall Coulter; and her parents-in-law, Robert (Barbara Coulter), Kenneth Coulter, Joan Etzler, Gerald, Nancy Coulter, Nona McCauley, Mary Ann Ford and Shirley Ford. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
