It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alisa Moxley (Thurmont, Maryland), born in Frederick, Maryland, who passed away on January 21, 2019, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Franklin L. Shriner; and her parents-in-law, Meridith Moxley and Margaret Moxley. She is survived by: her mother Alice M. Stoneburner; her husband Scott Moxley; her daughter Christina Moxley; her siblings, Brian Shriner, Tammy Manahan and Lorretta Morris; and her grandson Riley Bowser. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins and extended family.
