He was predeceased by: his wife Iva Lee Sauble; his parents, Zelda C. Sauble Zentz and Albert Bell Sr.; his stepmother Mary Cleo Bell; and his siblings, Paul "Mike" Zentz, Donna P. Zimmerman and Sharon Valentine.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ronnie Bell of Hanover, Robert Zentz (Bob) of Thurmont, Cheryl Hildebrand of Frederick, Carla Fitz of Waynesboro, Arlyn Boone of Frederick, Sheila Sciarra of Holiday and Vicki Rossi of Thurmont; his stepchildren, Teresa Moorefield, Beverly Kordonski and Jo Lynn Brown; his close friend Becky; and his pet Lotus.
