She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Norton and Ruby Norton (Gehlhar); and her siblings, Dave Norton, Janice Smith (Richard), Joyce Utne (Robert), Ralph Norton, Lawrence Norton and Robert Norton.
She is survived by: her friends, Belva, Dorette, Tim and Brenda; her son Ron Anderson; her granddaughters, Jessica and Kelly; her sister-in-law Alicia Chase of Virginia; and her siblings, Floyd Norton of Buffalo, MN, Karen Norton of California, Brenda Baird of Grand Rapids, MN, William Norton of Sauk Centre, MN, Ruby Toenies (Ken) of Randall, MN and Daniel Norton (Emily) of Lakeside, CA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
She was awarded the Ray Dixon Award presented annually to the employee who showed dedication and commitment to NAM in 2008 and a donation was made to Make A Wish Foundation.
