Chesley Jr.; her sons, Kevin Alexander and Thomas Orlands; her grandson Qawaun Darae; her grandparents, Joseph and Lucy Farmer; her half-sister Mary Makle Hagens; her aunts, Dorothy Hawkins and Elva Chapman; her parents-in-law, Mary Agnes and Thomas O. Chesley; and her siblings-in-law, Michael Chesley, Jerome Chesley, Theadore Baker, Charles Edward Butler, Robert Cole Sr., Henry Marsh, Thomas Muschette, Sarah Baker, Viola Cole and Bertha Butler.
She is survived by: her children, Renee Cecilia (Reginald), Linda Chesley, Phyllis Chesley, James Chesley "Frank", Patricia Briscoe (Michael) and Debra Holton (Dean); her grandchildren, Keyonna Brown, Kiya Chesley, Barry Banks, Cedric Chesley, Kevin Chesley (Tia), Kendra Chesley, Corey Chesley, Shannon Chesley, Frankie Chesley, Cameron Chesley, Jadea Roanoke, Deon Briscoe (Shivana), Shavon Briscoe, Michael Briscoe Jr. (Kayla), Markeya Smith (Jeremy), Quentin Holton and Juwan Holton; her great grandchildren, Bryan Banks, Jalen Brown, Corey Chesley, Iyanna Chesley, Kamoni Chesley, Christian Chesley, Tremaine Chesley, Talayah Chesley, Kyle Chesley, Tayjhan Chesley, Tashaun Chesley, Izaiah Hair, Elijah Henry, Isaiah Henry, Simone Hembry, Sydney Smith, Summer Smith, Austin Smith, Daijor Chesley, Makayla Holton, Riyen Chesley, Casyn Chesley and Ja'vierre Holton; and her siblings-in-law, James Chesley, Arline Marsh, Theresa Muschette, Marion Chesley, Delores Chesley and Gwen Chesley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Thornton Funeral Home (3439 Livingston Rd, Indian Head, MD 20640). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (11555 St Marys Church Rd, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622).
