He is survived by: his wife Nikoya Marly; his children, Janae Malry, Anthony Walker, James Malry Jr., Jevonte Malry, Juwan Malry and Jordyn Malry; his grandchildren, Aries Hammond, Autumn Hammond, Tristan Walker, Journee Malry, Mateo Malry, Mason Malry and Mailyn Malry; his siblings, Frances Malry, Latrease Smith (Earl), Darren Malry (Nicole) and Reginald Williamson (Diane); his parents-in-law, Thomas Rose and Ruthenia Rose; and his siblings-in-law, Dayna Harris (Curtis) and Thomas Rose Jr..
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Branch Hall Chapel (3102 Branch Ave, Temple Hills, MD 20748). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Glenwood Cemetery (2219 Lincoln Rd NE, Washington, DC 20002).
