He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Bowman; his daughter Phyllis Bowman Whitehead (Kenneth); his stepsons, Linwood Parks and Travis Mitchell; his grandchildren, Tenia Parks, Leilani Parks, Orlando Parks, Dequan McKenny, Tequilla Devaughn and Tatiana Mitchell; his sister Veronica "Elnora" Milstead; and his goddaughters, Lisa Marshall and Rose Washington. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
