It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Mitchell of Taneytown, Maryland, who passed away on October 5, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Randolf Mitchell and Helen Mitchell; and his wife Elizabeth Addie Mitchell. He is survived by: his daughter Carol Ann Palmer (Lanny "Doc") of Taneytown; his grandchildren, Christa Apgar (Robert), Kate Irwin (Thomas) and Eric Palmer (Alyson); and his great grandchildren, Robert William, Catherine and Michael Apgar.
