He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bailey and Maude Bailey (Neill); his wife Audrey Bailey (Dages); his daughter Jeanne Campbell; and his brothers, Roland, George and Willard Bailey.
He is survived by: his son Roland Bailey (Mary) of Westminster; his grandsons, Ryan Bailey, Casey Bailey (Korinna) and William Mathers III; and his great grandchildren, Dryden and Alisha. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
