It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wallace Stephens (Taneytown, Maryland), born in Oakland, Maryland, who passed away on October 10, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fulton and Mamie Becraft Stephens. He is survived by: his son Jay Fulton Stephens (Susan); his grandchildren, Jason Allen Stephens and Erin Larue Butcher (Aaron); his great grandchildren, Destiny, Abigail, Logan and Wesley; his sister Florence Timothy Becraft; and his cousin Mona Brown.
