It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vonzell Mandarin Cook of Taneytown, Maryland, who passed away on February 15, 2024, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cook and Glennice Cook. He is survived by: his child Britny Smith; his son-in-law Paul Smith Jr. (Brandon Cook) of Westminster; and his grandchildren, Jazmin, Violet and Willow Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and close family and friends.
