He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leroy, Pauline Dougherty, William and Delores Moxley; and his cousin Rebecca Michelle Dougherty.
He is survived by: his parents, Steven Joseph, Sr. and Kathryn Pauline Moxley of Taneytown; his spouse Arica Marie Moxley of Taneytown; his children, Jackson Silas and Adeline Layne; his sibling Ashley Eyler (Robert); his parents-in-law, Dawn and Timothy Wilson; his siblings-in-law, Andrew, Hailee, Kyle and Abbey Wilson; and his nieces and nephews, Alivia, Austin, Graham and Reagan.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Westminster American Legion, Post 31 (2 Sycamore St, Westminster, MD 21157).
