He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Owen Leigh and Eunice Viola Leigh (Hale); and his spouse Jacqueline Ann Leigh. He is survived by: his son Russell Leigh, IV (Joanne); and his grandchildren, Tyler and Austin Leigh.
