It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rotha Garland of Taneytown, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on March 31, 2021, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Garland, Sr. and Mary Ann Reed (Allen); and his sister Judith "Juju" Garland. He is survived by: his daughter Zayah Mary Ellen Garland; his brother Richard E. Garland, Jr. (Kayta Gonzalez) of Taneytown; and his nieces and nephews, Cassidy Caldwell of Baltimore, Thomas, Natalie, Brooklyn, Caliyana, Lashay, Phillip "Zion" and Nathanial "P. J.".
The family requests that contributions be given to the funeral home to help the family with final expenses.
