He was predeceased by: his wife Valerie Ann Peters (Truman). He is survived by: his parents, Robert M. Peters, Sr. and Lois Peters (Goodermuth) of Taneytown; his son Michael Peters III; his stepbrother Robert Ainsley (Kathy) of Edgewood; and his friend Greg Feilder. He is also survived by 2 aunts, a niece, a nephew and several cousins.
